The Film Segment Manager is responsible for driving the growth of film business (including paint protect film and window film) within Asia region. This role focuses on segment strategy development, channel expansion, and customer engagement to accelerate the market penetration of film product portfolio. The role works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical service teams to deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Segment Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the film product in Asia region aligned with overall business objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key channels including distributors, professional installers, automotive dealerships etc.
• Drive accountability for commercial outcomes by achieving or exceeding annual sales targets, volume goals, and profitability metrics

2. Customer Engagement & Sales Enablement

• Build, develop, and manage a healthy distribution network for film products across Asia market
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and installer networks
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver seamless and superior customer experience
• Enable and empower the sales force to reach sales targets for film, providing the tools, training, and market insights needed to drive commercial success

3. Product Promotion & Brand Building

• Champion film product portfolio and proactively drive brand awareness and preference within the segment
• Plan and participate in industry trade shows, product launch events, installer training programs, and customer activation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop impactful, localized promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences
• Gather and synthesize customer and market feedback to support continuous product improvement and portfolio development

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Provide strong leadership to foster excellent teamwork and seamless collaboration across functions.
• Leverage internal resources as well as global functions to drive film segment growth, ensuring alignment between local market execution and global strategy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
• Strong marketing and sales expertise with demonstrated capabilities in film products
• Proven track record in sales, channel management, or segment/business development roles
• Results-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire, align, and motivate cross-functional teams toward shared goals
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
