Wachter is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Field Resource Admin to help keep our field operations running smoothly. In this role, you will support field resource managers, technicians, project managers, and regional teams by managing fleet records, travel coordination, scheduling, purchasing, expenses, and extensive documentation.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, keeping systems highly organized, and supporting teams with timely, accurate administrative help. You will coordinate across several platforms and teams, making sure vehicles, paperwork, travel, purchases, and employee records are handled correctly and on schedule.

What You Will Do:
Team Support: Assist field resource managers, technicians, project managers, and regional teams with daily administrative tasks.
Operations Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, manage scheduling, and handle purchasing and expense reports.
Fleet & Documentation Management: Maintain precise fleet records and manage extensive operational documentation.
Platform Coordination: Navigate and update information across multiple systems and platforms efficiently.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Prior experience supporting fleet, logistics, field service, operations, purchasing, or administrative processes is preferred.
Tech-Comfortable: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new platforms.
Organized & Detailed: High attention to detail when maintaining records, processing expenses, uploading documents, and auditing information.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate professionally across multiple teams.
Time Management: Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive attitude with a willingness to support urgent needs, manage multiple priorities, and protect confidential information.
