This position reports to Field and Perfect Store Manager Mass & Farma channels and is based in Lisbon.

What you will do

Contribute to business growth through the support on Channel & Field Activation strategies across Mass Market and Pharmacy channels, ensuring excellence in execution, Perfect Store compliance, and superior shopper experience at the point of sale, will be responsible for:

1. MAIN TARGETS

• Contribute to achieving Channel & Field Activation objectives, Perfect Store KPIs, and execution excellence targets.

• Drive the implementation of brand activation initiatives that increase visibility, availability, compliance, and shopper conversion.

• Ensure the right support in consistent execution of commercial and marketing priorities across all channels and customers.

2. COLLABORATION AND TEAMWORK

• Ensure strong alignment between Field Teams, Sales Teams, Customer Development Managers, Brand Activation Teams and external agencies to achieve common objectives.

• Act as a role model in promoting collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.

• Foster a high-performance environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement, diversity and inclusion.

• Facilitate effective communication between office and field teams, ensuring priorities are clearly translated into actionable plans.

• Support capability building and best practice sharing across teams and channels.

 3. ANNUAL ACTIVATION PLANNING

• Support the development of the annual Channel & Field Activation plan based on Brand Plans, customer priorities, and channel opportunities. Control and Support Field priorities, Field execution plans, visibility initiatives, merchandising strategies and Perfect Store KPIs.

• Ensure timely communication and deployment of activation programs to the field organization.

• Monitor implementation and execution quality of all activation initiatives at point of sale.

• Identify opportunities to improve execution performance, shopper engagement and in-store visibility.

• Collaborate with Brand Activation, Sales, Category Management and Field Teams to optimize activation effectiveness.

• Ensure all activation calendars, merchandising plans and promotional initiatives are executed according to agreed standards.

• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve channel execution, Perfect Store results

4. PERFORMANCE & FIELD ACTIVATION

• Ensure monthly updates of key activation and field execution reports and prepare presentations.

• Monitor and analyze all Perfect Store and Field KPIs (examples: availability, share of shelf, visibility, distribution and promotional compliance).

• Develop and update dashboards and performance indicators that provide actionable insights for the business.

• Identity, analysis and report field execution data and identify opportunities

• Monitor and compilate competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.

• Identify forecasting by merchandising materials needs and ensure effective management of merchandising materials.

• Compile and analysis activity plans and cardex for all customers.

• Prepare content for field meetings.

• Prepare presentations about in-store activations.

• Field Budgets control.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s qualification in Management, Economics or Marketing.

• 2-3 years of proven experience in FMCG, or Farmacy business.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret complex business data

• Proficiency in MS OFFICE and digital communication platforms

• Demonstrated capability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed organizational environment

• Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong focus on identifying opportunities for process improvements and value addition
