About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Analytics Engineer to join our analytics team. This role focuses on designing and building automated data pipelines that power dashboards, metrics, and KPI reporting across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with modern data platforms and analytics technologies, including SQL, Python, dbt, and Snowflake, and will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer experience initiatives through data analysis, automation, and scalable reporting solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
- Source, extract, transform, and load data using SQL, Python, dbt, and Snowflake.
- Build and optimize data models to support business intelligence and dashboarding needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and KPI reporting solutions.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Support the development of business cases by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across analytics environments.
- Partner with analytics and business teams to improve customer experience measurement and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SQL (Advanced)
- Python (Advanced)
- dbt (Advanced)
- Snowflake (Advanced)
- Excel (Advanced)
- Power BI (Intermediate)
- Advanced experience using Visual Studio Code (VS Code).
- Strong understanding of data transformation, modeling, and pipeline automation.
- Experience building scalable data solutions to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
