Facebook Ads Specialist – B2B Performance Marketing | Remote

About the Role

We’re hiring a Facebook Ads Specialist to own and optimize high-budget B2B campaigns across Meta.

You’ll manage approximately $4,000/day in ad spend, taking ownership of targeting, creative testing, budget pacing, lead generation, and overall campaign performance.

This role is ideal for someone who treats an ad account like a business—monitoring performance closely, making fast data-driven decisions, and proactively improving results.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end Facebook/Meta Ads strategy for B2B campaigns
• Manage and optimize approximately $4,000/day in ad spend
• Build and test custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences
• Develop targeting strategies for B2B decision-makers
• Brief creative teams on new concepts, messaging, and testing opportunities
• Run structured A/B and multivariate tests
• Monitor daily budget pacing and reallocate spend based on performance
• Track CPL, CPA, MQL volume, and pipeline contribution
• Identify creative fatigue and underperforming campaigns quickly
• Align targeting and messaging with ICPs, sales funnels, and lead qualification criteria
• Provide clear performance updates and recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing high-budget Facebook Ads campaigns
• Experience managing $1,000+/day in ad spend strongly preferred
• Strong experience with B2B Meta advertising and lead generation
• Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with:
• Instant Forms
• Meta Pixel
• Conversion API (CAPI)
• Off-platform conversion tracking
• Automated rules
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, MQLs, ROAS, and pipeline performance
• Experience using CRM or marketing automation tools to evaluate downstream lead quality
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Fluent English with strong written communication
