[What the role is]
To provide secretarial support to Divisional Director, Engineering & Project Management, to Divisional Director, Architecture & Land Planning and to Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Development & Operations Group. To provide administrative support for the Engineering & Project Management Division.[What you will be working on]
1. Provide all personal administrative support to Divisional Director, Engineering & Project Management, to Divisional Director, Architecture & Land Planning and to Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Development & Operations Group. Duties include but not limited to the following:
Calendar management and scheduling of meetings
Travel and claims arrangement
Taking notes of meeting and filing of notes/minutes
Co-ordination of Engineering & Project Management divisional staff activities
2. Collation and managing on a monthly basis for Engineering & Project Management Division:
Divisional staff assignment roster
Formatting of slides for divisional updates
Monitoring of divisional staff’s report submissions to the Divisional Director
3. Management of project documentation from internal and external stakeholders for Engineering & Project Management Division.
4. Management of office stationery and provision of work site gears for Engineering & Project Management Division.
5. Co-ordination of divisional staff activities for Engineering & Project Management Division.
6. Any other roles/projects as may be assigned by Divisional Director, Engineering & Project Management Division.

Highly organized individual, proactive and able to work independently
Proficient with Microsoft office applications
Service-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Degree or Diploma with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
