Your Impact at LILA
As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-impact support to senior leaders across Corporate Development, Product, and Lila’s commercial organization. You’ll keep a fast-moving leadership team organized, prepared, and focused by managing complex schedules, coordinating priorities, and ensuring critical follow-through across internal and external engagements.
You’ll operate with strong judgment, discretion, and ownership in a high-context environment. This role is ideal for someone who can anticipate needs, resolve bottlenecks, and bring structure to cross-functional work involving executives, commercial partners, product leaders, and internal teams.
What You'll Be Building
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for senior commercial and product leaders
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, notes, and follow-ups
- Track commitments, decisions, and next steps across commercial, product, and corporate development workstreams
- Draft and manage executive communications across Slack, Notion, Outlook, and related tools
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to prepare for customer, partner, and internal engagements
- Support team operations, onsite logistics, and leadership routines across Alewife and OCP
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong executive calendar management, prioritization, and follow-through skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication across executive and cross-functional audiences
- High discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism with sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams, timelines, and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Outlook, Slack, Notion, and modern workplace tools
Bonus Points For
- Strong project coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Comfort supporting executive meetings, customer engagements, or partner-facing work
