This is a fixed-term contract
Your Role
Book travel arrangements, manage expense reports for defined managers
Act as point of contact between defined managers and customers/employees
Scans and organize emails for defined managers
Administrative support for schedules, coordination of daily calendars and other tasks for defined managers
Organize office equipment
Support onboarding of new employees
Suggesting more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
Your Background
Experience as an administrative assistance to multinational teams
Fluent English language: writing and speaking
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Planning and scheduling mindset with time management skills
Ability to consolidate presentations, download reports, write memos
Confidential and flexible mindset
Excellent communication skills
Based in Krakow
Experience as Personal Assistant or Secretary would be an asset
German language speaker would be an asset
