JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Purpose

Provide proactive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, travel, meetings, and sensitive business matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, presentations, catering, logistics, and follow-up actions.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Coordinate and complete special projects and serve as a liaison with business partners.
• Provide information and direction on behalf of executives.
• Maintain standard work and administrative processes.
• Support department events and executive leadership meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced organizational and coordination capabilities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling, presentations, spreadsheets, and email systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive activities.
• Strong customer focus, discretion, judgment, and professionalism.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
