We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven professional to join our team in building and delivering innovative conversational CRM solutions powered by the official WhatsApp Business API. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping businesses improve customer engagement, automate communication workflows, and drive growth through modern messaging platforms.

As part of the team, you will work closely with customers, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance sales, marketing, and customer support operations. You will contribute to the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of conversational engagement tools while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and recommend effective conversational CRM solutions.
• Support the implementation and optimization of messaging workflows, automation, chatbots, broadcasting, and customer engagement strategies.
• Work with sales, product, customer success, and technical teams to deliver seamless customer onboarding and solution adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
• Analyze customer feedback, platform usage, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and guidance to help customers maximize platform value.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in conversational messaging and CRM platforms.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Support business growth initiatives by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention opportunities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, CRM Solutions, SaaS, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of conversational messaging platforms, CRM solutions, or customer engagement technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
