What You’ll Do

We are currently seeking an experienced ER & Policies and Service Delivery who is looking for an exciting project with Accenture.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver end-to-end HR administration and employee relations support, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of day-to-day HR operations.

-Manage core employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, contractual changes, absences, and statutory and legal obligations.

- Act as the escalation point for Employee and Labor Relations topics, ensuring consistent interpretation and application of HR policies and processes.

-Manage employee documentation, contracts, and data, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality across HR systems such as Workday and internal repositories.

-Ensure full compliance with Portuguese labor legislation, coordinating with external entities when required and supporting audits or legal reviews.

-Support compliance and ethics-related matters, including Business Ethics Line cases and internal investigations, and proactively identify the need for new or updated policies driven by legislative or business changes.

What You  Bring 

-Degree in Human Resources, Labor Sciences, Law, or a related field.

-Minimum of 3 year of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or employee/labor relations.

-Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation and HR best practices.

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and autonomy skills.

-Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

-Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal
