This is a remote, contract consultant position. Candidates should be based in one of the following cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai, Cairo, or Amman.
Summary: This Enrollment Account Manager manages relationships with partner schools to drive enrollment, serving as the main point of contact for coordinators, Account and Regional Managers, and marketing while running enrollment sessions and outreach for families and students. It also covers direct student support, including course registration, academic and career counseling, progress check-ins, and connecting students to postsecondary or in-country pathway options, all while keeping CRM and LMS/SIS records accurate and traveling to partner schools as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned partner schools to support enrollment efforts and ongoing program engagement.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partner schools regarding enrollment planning, execution, and communication.
- Collaborate with school coordinators, Account and Regional Managers, program managers, and marketing to support enrollment drives and outreach efforts.
- Conduct in-person and virtual enrollment and information sessions for families and students.
- Communicate directly with parents and students through phone, email, video, and messaging platforms.
- Manage student counseling, course registration, and enrollment processes.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support course selection, program orientation, academic planning, and community engagement.
- Hold one-on-one check-ins with students to discuss academic progress, engagement, and postsecondary or career planning.
- Support students exploring in-country employment, in-country university options, or university pathway programs by connecting them with appropriate resources and services.
- Maintain accurate student, school, and enrollment information in CRM and LMS/SIS systems.
- Monitor student progress and collaborate with Student Success teams to address academic or engagement-related concerns.
- Maintain current knowledge of programs, services, and enrollment processes.
- Travel as required to partner schools and enrollment-related events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an English-speaking university preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to engage students, families, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of in-country K–12 education systems and university opportunities.
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency with Customer Relationship Management Systems (HubSpot), MS 365 and education management systems (CRM, LMS, SIS)
- Positive, enthusiastic professional with consistent responsiveness across communication platforms.
