We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney licensed in California to represent and advise our company in employment-related legal matters. The ideal candidate has a strong background in defending employers and is comfortable managing litigation while representing the company's interests in California.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the company in employment litigation matters.
Develop legal strategies to protect the company's interests.
Provide legal counsel on employment-related issues.
Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings as required.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
Ensure compliance with California employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
Proven experience representing and defending employers in employment litigation.
Strong knowledge of California employment law.
Excellent litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to appear in California courts as needed.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
