PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•    Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees in managing labor relations.
•    Address and resolve individual and collective labor disputes in a timely and effective manner.

•    Support leaders in performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, and handling complex cases.

We expect you to have:

•    Bachelor's degree in law and licensed attorney.

•    At least 5 years of experience in labor relations, labor law, or human resources with a focus on labor issues.

•    Expertise in labor law, regulatory compliance, and occupational risk management.

•    Knowledge in Microsoft Office.

•   Continuous improvement and process-driven mindset, Lean is a differential.

•   Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
