What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 14M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
What You’ll Do:
You are the kind of person who notices the details that make people feel supported before, during, and after the moments that matter. In this role, you help turn offsites, virtual company events, and everyday teammate touchpoints into experiences that feel thoughtful, organized, and genuinely human.
You lead with Give a $h*t when something is unclear or off track. You step in, solve the problem, and keep people moving. You practice Give More Than We Take by treating teammates like customers and building trust through warm, reliable support. You bring Perfect Imperfection to live events and fast-moving logistics by making smart calls with the information you have and adjusting quickly when plans change.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary support contact for pre-offsite questions, and provide clear follow-through before, during, and after each event.
- Attend company offsites to support the event planner, help coordinate onsite transportation and dinner/activity logistics, and provide real-time employee experience support on the ground.
- Support Winter Summit and other virtual company events by monitoring chat, monitoring questions between platforms, scrubbing attendee lists, coordinating reminders, and helping the experience run smoothly.
- Partner with the Office Manager to provide in-person support in the Columbia, MD office for shipments, inventory, and Shopify-related tasks as needed.
- Use AI tools in practical day-to-day ways to draft communications, summarize logistics, and streamline planning work with sound judgment.
What You Bring To The Team:
- 3+ years of experience supporting employee experience, internal events, workplace operations, hospitality, or a similarly service-oriented function.
- You can travel up to 60%
- You bring a creative mindset to building memorable on-site and virtual experiences that reflect care for the people attending them.
- You can manage multiple priorities at once, meet deadlines, and maintain a high bar for detail and follow-through.
- You bring a warm, customer service-oriented approach and communicate effectively with teammates, leaders, executives, vendors, and consultants, even when plans shift.
- You take initiative to spot issues, solve problems, and keep the work moving without waiting to be told.
- You are comfortable using AI to work faster and smarter on everyday planning, communication, and coordination tasks while applying good judgment.
What We Offer:
- 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
- Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
