Leidos’ Defense Systems Electronic Manufacturing Facility is seeking a SGM Electro-Mechanical Assembly Lab Team Leader to join our team that does assembly and test of SGM missiles.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall function in SGM Electro-Mechanical Assembly lab when lab Manager is not available. This includes normal workday hours and overtime hours.
- Communication of announcements to lab team members.
- Communicate with project teams and production control to provide updates on schedules.
- Support solutions to technical problems including working directly with Manufacturing Engineers.
- Attend meetings with management to establish new procedures and support opportunities for improvement.
- Corroborate with Engineering and Management on Continuous Improvement.
- Engaging with peers to share best practices.
- Maintaining 5S best practices in lab.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3-5 years electro-mechanical assembly experience or related electronics assembly experience
- Applicants must have strong experience working with teams.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly and test processes
- Ability to read drawings and follow work instructions
- Must be a US Citizen and possess or meet the eligibility to obtain (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a team
- MES (Solumina or Aegis) Build Tracking experience

Pay Range:
Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
