We are looking for an experienced Educational Project Manager to lead and manage educational projects from planning through successful delivery. The role requires strong project ownership, stakeholder management, execution skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of educational projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Manage project scope, priorities, resources, and deadlines.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and business objectives.
• Prepare regular project updates, reports, and performance tracking for management.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication and follow-up on action items.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes, efficiency, and overall delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Support the development and implementation of educational initiatives aligned with iSchool’s business objectives.
• Ensure effective collaboration between Education, Product, Operations, Technology, and other relevant teams.

Requirements

10+ years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably within Education, EdTech, Technology, or a fast-paced business environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.

Experience working on educational programs, digital learning products, EdTech platforms, or technology-driven projects is highly preferred.
