Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and other engineering systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper operation.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians and contractors during assigned shifts.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are carried out effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local legal requirements.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support renovation projects and engineering improvement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing maintenance reports and shift handover documentation.
