- Support dry etch development wafer execution and daily operational priorities
- Monitor process performance, data quality, and customer concern handling across shifts
- Partner with process, integration, and equipment teams to resolve technical issues
- Drive improvements in development execution, cycle time, and operational efficiency
- Mentor engineers and support collaboration across the team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related field
- 5+ years of semiconductor experience with dry etch process or manufacturing support
- Understanding of plasma etch processes, reactor fundamentals, and process control
- Experience using data analysis and root cause methodologies to solve technical problems
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience, or PhD in engineering, physics, materials science, or related field
- Experience supporting process development in a Technology Development environment
- Knowledge of SPC, DOE, and advanced process control methods
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading shift-based technical activities
- Experience working with LLMs to improve workflow efficiency, data analysis, or engineering decision making
