The Engineering Administrator is responsible for supporting the Engineering & Design team by performing QA/QC functions related to scheduling and document submittals. They are expected to break down information or data into separate parts to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts. The Engineering Administrator produces quality Administrative work in a timely manner while demonstrating integrity and ethics in all internal and external relationships and communications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Filing engineering documents
- Maintaining physical copies of PE licenses and related documents
- Maintaining and understanding stamping requirements based on each state
- PSS releases for PFB documents
- Steel releases steel fabricators
- Closing ZOHO milestones for calculations until ZOHO is obsolete
- Other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree from a two year college or technical school is preferred (High School diploma along with 1-2 years of experience will be considered in lieu of two-year degree).
- 3-5 years of practical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
