Job Title: IT Digital & Reporting Head

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced IT Digital & Reporting Head to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation, reporting, integration, AI, and automation initiatives across the organization. This senior leadership role will define and execute the digital technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration across ERP, HR, Commercial, and other business-critical platforms while enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Working at the intersection of business strategy and technology, you will lead global digital platforms, reporting capabilities, AI innovation, and robotic process automation initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, governance, and business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver secure, reliable, and future-ready digital solution.

What you will do:

Digital Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the enterprise digital technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and transformation objectives.

• Lead digital initiatives across integration, reporting, analytics, AI, and automation domains.

• Drive adoption of innovative technologies that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities and establish long-term digital priorities.

Enterprise Integration

• Define and implement enterprise integration architecture across ERP, HR, Commercial, CRM, web, and data platforms.

• Establish standardized APIs, middleware, and integration patterns to ensure scalability and maintainability.

• Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing data exchanges across internal and external systems.

• Oversee integration governance, architecture standards, and technology best practices.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

• Develop enterprise reporting strategies, governance models, and KPI frameworks aligned to business goals.

• Establish robust data management, quality, and governance processes.

• Enable self-service analytics and real-time reporting capabilities across the organization.

• Drive data-driven decision-making through modern reporting and analytical platforms.

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Identify, evaluate, and deploy AI and Machine Learning use cases that generate measurable business value.

• Partner with business teams to embed AI into core operational and decision-making processes.

• Establish governance frameworks for AI lifecycle management, model performance, and responsible AI practices.

• Lead RPA strategy and automation programs to streamline repetitive business processes and improve productivity.

Delivery & Operational Excellence

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital platforms and transformation programs.

• Manage project scope, resources, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

• Coordinate global teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

• Oversee support models, operational processes, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor service performance, user adoption, and value realization across digital platforms.

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory, and GxP requirements where applicable.

• Govern access controls, audit readiness, workflows, and enterprise technology standards.

• Partner with Infrastructure and Security teams to define cloud strategies that balance innovation, security, and cost optimization

What we are looking for:

• Proven success leading enterprise digital transformation, integration, reporting, AI, and automation initiatives. Extensive experience in IT leadership within large, complex global organizations.

• Strong background in enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, middleware, analytics platforms, and cloud technologies.

• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale ERP integration programs and business-critical technology solutions.

• Strong understanding of reporting platforms, business intelligence, data lakes, and modern analytics architectures.

• Experience driving AI, machine learning, and automation initiatives from strategy through implementation.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with executive-level exposure.

• Strong project and portfolio management capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities globally. Experience managing external technology partners and vendors.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
