What You'll Do

• Partner with senior clients to understand their business ambitions, challenge conventional thinking, and develop digital strategies that drive measurable business growth; not just campaign performance.

• Translate consumer insights, data, market trends, and business objectives into integrated digital communication strategies that deliver real commercial impact.

• Work collaboratively across Strategy, Creative, Performance, Commerce, Data, and Client teams to create connected solutions that solve complex business challenges.

• Guide the development of strategic media recommendations, ensuring every plan is insight-led, commercially sound, and aligned with client objectives.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve effectiveness through innovation, emerging platforms, new technologies, and evolving consumer behaviors.

• Build trusted relationships with clients by confidently presenting strategic recommendations, facilitating discussions, and becoming a valued business partner.

• Raise the bar for planning excellence by mentoring talent, improving ways of working, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

A Bit About You

• At least 4 years of experience in Digital Planning, Communications Planning, Media Strategy, or Integrated Planning within a media agency or digital marketing environment.

• Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, consumer behavior, and how data, technology, and creativity work together to drive business outcomes.

• Commercially minded; you understand that great planning creates measurable impact for clients while supporting sustainable business growth.

• Confident presenting strategic recommendations and influencing both internal stakeholders and senior clients.

• Collaborative, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving agency environment.

• Proven experience leading, coaching, or mentoring planning teams while balancing multiple client priorities.
