Georgian Dental Barrie is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented CDA Level I or II to join our team full-time.

A Day in Your Role

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of clinical procedures

• Prepare and support patients throughout their appointments

• Provide exceptional chairside care and help patients feel comfortable and at ease

• Capture digital dental radiographs accurately and confidently

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and equipment are ready for use

• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment according to practice standards

• Help maintain smooth patient flow and efficient day-to-day clinical operations

• Keep patient records accurate and up to date

• Work closely with the dentist and dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience

What You Bring

• Certified Dental Assistant Level II

• Previous Dental Assistant experience

• Strong communication skills and a genuine patient-first approach

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence

• Reliable, organized, and proactive

• A positive, team-first attitude

• Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment

• Orthodontic experience is an asset, but not required

What We Offer

• Competitive pay: $28.00–$33.00/hour, based on experience

• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
