Georgian Dental Barrie is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented CDA Level I or II to join our team full-time.

A Day in Your Role

Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of clinical procedures

Prepare and support patients throughout their appointments

Provide exceptional chairside care and help patients feel comfortable and at ease

Capture digital dental radiographs accurately and confidently
-
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and equipment are ready for use
-
Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment according to practice standards
-
Help maintain smooth patient flow and efficient day-to-day clinical operations
-
Keep patient records accurate and up to date
-
Work closely with the dentist and dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience
What You Bring
-
Certified Dental Assistant Level II
-
Previous Dental Assistant experience
-
Strong communication skills and a genuine patient-first approach

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence

Reliable, organized, and proactive
-
A positive, team-first attitude
-
Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment

Orthodontic experience is an asset, but not required
What We Offer

Competitive pay: $28.00–$33.00/hour, based on experience

Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends

Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
