Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mobility Data Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work alongside mobility experts in the development of a large city in Saudi Arabia by managing the data supporting mobility governance policies and procedures and strategic transportation models.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building a wide network of key program stakeholders across development districts
- Curates, validates and compiles all digital information and tabular data inputs for consolidation into a common database for applying and reviewing data models
- Coordinates inputs to documents and the strategic transportation model
- Ensures a single source of truth for the transportation model data
- Identifies data discrepancies through validation and reconciliation of multiple data sources
- Manages identified core datasets (population, employment, land use, transport infrastructure and services) to ensure their mutual consistency and to translate into a common digital format for use in all downstream governance products
- Creates maps and visualizations for documents
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- B.Sc. in a relevant discipline
- 10+ years in data management for planning or transport projects.
- Expert proficiency with GIS applications, interfaces, and geodatabases (SQLServer/JSON etc.)
- Experience managing large datasets and automating data processing workflows.
- Design of model data structures.
