Summary:
As a Data Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the stewardship of an organization's data assets to ensure their quality and compliance with established standards. This role includes designing and implementing comprehensive data strategies that uphold data integrity and enforce governance policies. The practitioner establishes and maintains protocols for managing data securely, protecting sensitive information, and optimizing the use of data across various departments. Additionally, the role requires advising on data quality standards and developing effective compliance policies to support organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data management practices with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve data governance frameworks and promote best practices across the organization.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their understanding of data management principles and practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality management techniques.
- Experience in designing and implementing data compliance policies and protocols.
- Ability to develop and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data strategy and governance initiatives.
- Familiarity with data lifecycle management and metadata management concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
