As a Data Enablement & Reporting Lead Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful insights that support behavioral and dental cost management and network strategy. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will develop scalable reporting solutions, streamline analytics processes, and empower leaders with data-driven insights that influence business performance and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Deliver scalable reporting and dashboard solutions that provide visibility into cost, utilization, provider performance, and network effectiveness across assigned markets.
Enable data-driven decision making by transforming complex claims, provider, and operational data into actionable insights for business partners and leadership.
Design and optimize automated reporting processes, data pipelines, and analytics workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance reporting accuracy.
Partner with stakeholders across network, pricing, underwriting, product, and other matrixed teams to understand business priorities and deliver analytics solutions aligned to strategic goals.
Advance reporting capabilities through process improvement, automation, standardization, and adoption of industry best practices.
Establish and maintain data governance, quality assurance, and validation processes that promote consistency, reliability, and trust in reporting outputs.
Conduct ad hoc analyses that help leaders evaluate opportunities, assess performance trends, and support strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with analytics peers to share knowledge, improve tools and methodologies, and identify innovative approaches to reporting and data enablement.
Support a culture of continuous improvement by exploring emerging technologies, including AI-enabled analytics and process automation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in healthcare, financial, business, or data analytics.
Intermediate proficiency in SQL, including developing complex queries, joining multiple data sources, and validating data accuracy.
Experience building reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, identify solutions, and execute against business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Health Policy, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience working with healthcare claims, provider, network, reimbursement, cost, or utilization data.
Experience with Databricks or other modern data platforms.
Knowledge of provider reimbursement modeling, network analytics, or healthcare cost management.
Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation technologies, or advanced reporting methodologies.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a matrixed healthcare environment.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,000 - 131,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
