Job Description
Main Responsibilities
• Support the Data Center Knowledge Management (DCKM) APAC Readiness Program through effective document control, knowledge management, and readiness operations.
• Manage and maintain engineering, construction, and readiness documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established standards and governance requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for document readiness, document control, and knowledge management-related activities across APAC projects.
• Partner with Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Product Development & Insertion (PDI) teams, Engineering, Construction, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate Product Information Listing (PIL) reviews, track action items, and ensure timely closure of documentation gaps.
• Support migration of engineering and construction documentation from legacy repositories into approved Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Maintain metadata standards, taxonomy compliance, folder structures, and document quality across all project documentation.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliation activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting dashboards and document repositories.
• Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user guidance to support adoption of DCKM standards and processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive process enhancements that improve documentation quality, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
Daily Work Tasks
• Collect, review, organize, and validate Plan of Record (POR) documents against established readiness requirements and project milestones.
• Ensure engineering and construction documents meet document control standards, metadata requirements, and taxonomy guidelines.
• Facilitate regular document and PIL review sessions with Product TPMs and other stakeholders.
• Maintain action trackers and coordinate follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution of documentation issues.
• Audit and update reporting dashboards and associated data sources to ensure information remains accurate and current.
• Support ad-hoc operational requests from PDI and readiness teams to address documentation blockers and project requirements.
• Coordinate document migration activities, including metadata tagging, quality checks, and repository validation.
• Manage EDMS folder structures, document classifications, permissions, and document lifecycle processes.
• Create, update, and maintain process guides, standard operating procedures, training materials, and knowledge articles.
• Track documentation progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and program leadership.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, construction, project management, document control, knowledge management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting large-scale engineering, construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical facility projects.
• Strong understanding of document control principles, metadata management, records management, and taxonomy structures.
• Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as AODocs, SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience managing document migration, repository administration, and reporting activities.
• Proven experience facilitating stakeholder reviews, managing action items, and driving deliverables to completion.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
• Experience developing process documentation, knowledge articles, and user training materials.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with enterprise knowledge management programs and governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting construction turnover, readiness, commissioning, or operational handover activities.
• Experience with automation tools, scripting, data migration utilities, or workflow optimization initiatives.
