Role Description
Work with our clients to recommend the very best solutions for their storage needs.
Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
Follow-up on inquiries, confirm reservations, rent storage units, prepare rental documentation, and update the client database.
Sell/upsell high-quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, and other moving supplies.
Complete daily administrative duties and reports.
Collect rental payments and follow-up on outstanding accounts.
Perform daily inspections of rental units to ensure that they are clean, properly locked and client-ready.
Maintain property appearance by cleaning spaces, sweeping, removing debris, organizing moving carts, etc.
Experience & Qualifications:
A High School diploma and/or some post-secondary education
A proven background in customer service and retail sales.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
Energy, enthusiasm, and pride in your work.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Ability to work weekends.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.
The expected hourly range for this role is $19 – $21.
Based on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.
