What would you do? We help insurers redefine their customer experience while accelerating their innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth by transforming to an intelligent operating model. Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Process of inputting, updating, or managing information in various digital formats. This includes tasks such as typing data into spreadsheets or databases, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
What are we looking for? The team is responsible for verifying beneficiaries and updating information for accounts of deceased participants. The team processes all beneficiary requests and takes suitable actions in line with established procedures. They are responsible for researching and verifying these requests within the agreed service level agreements (SLA), ensuring that every settlement request follows the proper protocol. • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in US retirement domain, especially, beneficiary & survivor settlement process. • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication. • Graduate in commerce preferred. • Added advantage if knowledge in OMNI application for creating and posting of the transactions. • Flexible working in US Shifts (Across time zones based on business requirement) is a must. • Strong knowledge of retirement plan regulations (IRS, ERISA, Vesting, Pre-84) and industry standards.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •Key Responsibilities Duties: • In this role you are required to solve routine problems, work on deceased participant account and perform day-to-day operations. • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts • Perform all Life Events Service functions in accordance with the SOP. • Reviewing information provided by the plan participant in the Bene Asset Transfer Forms • Research /validate if there are any plan restrictions that will stop the transfer • Follow-up mailings and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements • Funds Validation • Manage assigned cases in time with accuracy, manage SLAs. • Adhere to the Service levels & meet the desired performance metrics.
