As our Customer Care Manager, you will spend approximately 70-75% of your time traveling to support customers and business operations. When not traveling, you will be expected to work from our office located at Carrera 11 #94A-25, Office 701, Barrio Chicó.

On a given day, you may:

• Be the customer advocate and trusted advisor for the customer in their focus market

• Optimize customer relationships by building trust through frequent customer visits and communications

• Meet the agreed financial targets effectively and efficiently through proactive sales of parts, service solutions and service agreements

• Analyze customer performance and needs, identify opportunities and translate this into proposals of solutions for the customer

• Analyze customer, market and competitor data and translate this information into valuable feedback for the service organization and other relevant functions.

• Manage and maintain pipeline of opportunities, their status, and follow up activities, as it relates to customers

• Monitor customer satisfaction and execute relevant actions and communications

• Effectively monitor any escalation process for customers

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional experience in B2B sales, account management, aftermarket, service, or customer-facing commercial roles.

• Experience working in an industrial or technical environment.

• Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and deliver results.

• Fluent Spanish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher (CEFR).

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 70–75% of the time.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the food processing industry.

• Experience in aftermarket services, spare parts, service agreements, or maintenance solutions.

• Technical background or experience with industrial equipment, automation, or food processing technologies.

• Experience managing key accounts.

• Experience using CRM, ERP, and pipeline management tools.

• Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.

• Knowledge of the Colombian and/or Andean region market.

• Previous knowledge of JBT Marel equipment or solutions.
