Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Job Control Language (JCL).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges related to scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration practices to support efficient development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Job Control Language (JCL).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
