Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, and lists.
Customize SharePoint using SPFx, and client-side scripting.
Create and manage workflows, forms, and dashboards to streamline business processes.
Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure SharePoint solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in SharePoint consulting, development, and solution design, particularly with Microsoft 365 tools and services.
Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in SharePoint Online and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), with hands-on experience in designing and customizing solutions.
o Experience using Microsoft 365 (M365) tools to design comprehensive solutions, including Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Microsoft Project, Viva Cards, and Power Automate.
o Strong understanding of integrating these tools to build seamless, collaborative, and productive environments tailored to business needs.
Solution Design: Experience in creating SharePoint solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring scalability, security, and ease of management.
High-Level Design (HLD) Documentation: Ability to document High-Level Design that accurately reflects the technical solution architecture after client engagement, ensuring all requirements and key components are clearly captured for implementation.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, document requirements, and facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
Client-Facing: Proven ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and present technical solutions in a way that is easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address challenges in solution design, implementation, and governance.

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer /Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker).
Experience with SharePoint Migration projects.
Familiarity with Azure and cloud technologies such Azure functions, Azure storage.
