Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet organizational needs. The engineer actively oversees the progress of application development, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring that the final product aligns with the intended objectives and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and application performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience in designing and configuring workflows, forms, and business rules within ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
