Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and maintaining existing software to enhance its capabilities. Collaboration with different teams and clients is a regular part of the work, ensuring that the software meets evolving needs and operates smoothly across multiple environments. Continuous improvement and adaptation to new challenges are integral to the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong knowledge of algorithm development and optimization techniques related to machine learning.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation methods.
- Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical analysis to derive insights.
- Competence in programming languages commonly used in machine learning projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
