As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating advanced technology solutions tailored for new and evolving industries and products. You will spend time analyzing system requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications. Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous innovation and adaptation to meet the unique challenges presented by emerging markets and technologies. Collaboration with various teams to ensure the seamless integration of these solutions is a key part of your daily activities, fostering an environment of creativity and technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and technical requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of design decisions and technical specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative technology development.
- Experience in interpreting complex system requirements and converting them into actionable design plans.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in engineering design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
