As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous innovation to support evolving project demands and contribute to the overall success of the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about industry trends to enhance project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance processes and integration points.
- Ability to develop and customize software components within SAP environments.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and modern software frameworks.
- Skilled in analyzing system requirements and delivering scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
