Position: CSW Quality Control Supervisor
Location: Central/West Region
Your Responsibilities as a CSW Quality Control Supervisor:
- Lead by example and demonstrate integrity and responsibility
- A true champion for health and safety that will promote and enforce Apex H&S policies
- Observe and evaluate the performance of stormwater compliance crews in terms of executing scopes of work and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure crews are properly maintaining company equipment and other assets
- Reports to the Commercial Stormwater West Region’s Stormwater Compliance Manager
- Help mentor Compliance Crew Foreman and Crew Technicians
- Basic computer knowledge
- Some overnight travel is required
What we're looking for:
- GED or High School Diploma
- 5+ years of related experience with successful development and management of field projects and supervising staff.
- Willingness to Travel
- Able to perform manual labor.
- Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work under inclement weather conditions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license, safe driving history and reliable transportation are required.
- Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
