Über diese CRM Operations Specialist Stelle bei micro1
Role Title: CRM Operations Specialist
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
micro1 is engaging CRM Operations Specialists to support a customer project focused on optimizing sales and customer relationship management processes. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. For this engagement, domain expertise is essential, but prior paid experience with human data work for AI models — including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading — is also required. Please note that simply using AI tools like ChatGPT in your day-to-day work does not fulfill this requirement.
Scope of Work
- Evaluate AI-generated output on CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic for accuracy and alignment with real-world business practices.
- Review, analyze, and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions to advance AI training objectives.
- Apply written guidelines and rubrics consistently when rating or ranking model responses, and flag cases beyond current guidelines.
- Contribute representative examples, scenarios, and feedback grounded in best practices for CRM operations and sales enablement.
- Document current sales operations practices, noting pain points and opportunities for meaningful process improvement.
- Deliver clear, actionable written feedback to project stakeholders and model development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM and sales operations, with at least 2 years directly in CRM platforms.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce or HubSpot — depth in one is sufficient, and comparable CRM experience is acceptable.
- Proficiency with additional platforms such as Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or ClickFunnels is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes, implement automations, and maintain CRM data integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in complex business workflows, including process mapping.
- Prior paid human data work supporting AI (annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response/model evaluation, or rubric-based grading) — this is a firm project requirement.
- Experience as a software or QA engineer working on CRM integrations, automation, data migrations, or testing CRM logic is a plus but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal English (B2 level or above)
- Reliable internet connection and availability to begin promptly.
