THE ROLE

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our boohooMAN team, this role is based in Manchester 5 days per week.

You will be working in a really varied position getting to work across key lifecycle, loyalty, retention and brand initiatives aimed at driving value and loyalty from our customers. We work with an enterprise CRM system (Bloomreach) so you will have the opportunity to utilise functionality to deliver value.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING  

• Coordinating with marketing and merchandising teams to create, manage and deliver a campaign content plan across multiple global markets. Ensuring all communications on email, mobile push notifications and SMS are on-brand, accurate, relevant and timely.
• Supporting the delivery of other CRM channels.
• Assisting the development of segmentation strategies to ensure campaigns are suitably targeted to maximise channel engagement rates and conversion.
• Creating innovative and engaging content; driving customer acquisition, retention and reactivation. Pushing boundaries and exceeding KPIs and objectives.
• Reviewing of campaign performance and reporting on results to key stakeholders with actionable insights
• Monitoring channel deliverability
• Ad hoc projects including segmentation and targeting strategy application to technological development within CRM.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented CRM Executive with experience working in a fast-paced team supporting with the planning and execution of key communications across email, push & SMS to drive sales, retention and customer loyalty

We need someone who can get stuck in and can re-act quickly to changes within a fast pasted environment whilst collaborating cross functionally across digital marketing as well as trade, brand, design and analytics.

We want you to be familiar with CRM software and have experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. We want you to show us you are proactive and results-driven with a passion for thinking customer first and have the ability to communicate well with all stakeholders when briefing or sharing results is essential
