The Role

We are looking for a Creative Solutions Intern to join our Creative Solutions team in Mexico City! You will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and end-to-end management of experiential events and client campaigns. If you are a proactive, creative enthusiast eager to take on real responsibility from day one in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage client requests and assist in communication to deeply understand their specific campaign needs.
• Support the execution and design of events, ensuring all elements are delivered flawlessly within established timeframes.
• Coordinate critical event details including décor, catering, entertainment, logistics, guest lists, and promotional materials.
• Generate creative ideas and actionable insights to continuously improve service quality and event excellence.
• Prepare periodic reports and gather critical data for stakeholders to support post-event evaluations.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively before or during live events to guarantee an exceptional experience.

Who You Are

• You hold or are currently pursuing a background in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.
• You possess bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, allowing you to communicate seamlessly across local and global teams.
• You hold the mandatory ability to sign an internship agreement with your university.
• You bring strong knowledge of social media and a solid understanding of the media and advertising industry.
• You exhibit a proactive, hands-on approach combined with excellent communication skills and practical problem-solving.
• You demonstrate relationship-building confidence alongside the ability to work both autonomously and as a collaborative team player.
