Position Overview
The Manager, Corporate Services is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Company’s Corporate Services function, including Facilities and Workplace Operations, Executive and Administrative Support Services, Executive Transportation Services, Office Administration, Corporate Events, External Partner Management, and Workplace Services. The role directly manages the Executive and Office Administration and transportation support team and ensures that services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and consistently.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role ensures company offices, workplace services, administrative support functions, and shared resources operate efficiently, professionally, and consistently. The Manager serves as the primary operational manager for workplace and administrative services, helping create a productive and welcoming environment for employees, customers, partners, and visitors.
This role partners closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leaders to support workplace initiatives, office operations, employee experience programs, and facilities projects while maintaining effective vendor relationships, budget discipline, and service standards.
The Manager, Corporate Services plays a key role in supporting organizational growth by ensuring workplace operations, administrative services, and facilities management are executed consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives.
Primary Job Duties:
Facilities & Workplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day facilities and workplace operations across company locations.
- Coordinate office moves, workstation assignments, space utilization, and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Serve as primary point of contact for landlords, property management companies, contractors, and workplace vendors.
- Ensure offices, conference rooms, common areas, and shared workspaces are maintained in a professional, organized, and business-ready condition.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, furniture needs, office supplies, mail services, shipping, and workplace support activities.
- Maintain workplace documentation, floor plans, vendor records, and operational procedures.
Administrative & Executive Support Services
- Lead, coach, and manage the Executive Administration, office, and transportation support team.
- Establish administrative support processes, performance expectations, service standards, and coverage plans.
- Manage the allocation and prioritization of executive administrative support across the executive leadership team.
- Ensure consistent and professional support for executive meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and special projects.
- Oversee executive transportation services, including scheduling, service expectations, vehicle readiness, and day-to-day management of transportation personnel.
- Promote cross-training and backup coverage to ensure continuity of executive and administrative support.
- Ensure executive administration and transportation services are delivered professionally, confidentially, reliably, and efficiently.
Workplace Experience & Corporate Events
- Promote a positive, professional, and welcoming workplace environment.
- Plan and manage company events, executive meetings, office gatherings, employee events, and other corporate programs.
- Manage event logistics, including venues, catering, transportation, accommodations, communications, and external service providers.
- Partner with Human Resources on employee onboarding, offboarding, and workplace experience activities.
- Collaborate with Information Technology and Security to support office readiness, building access, and workplace technology needs.
- Coordinate visitor management and workplace communications.
Vendor Management & Budget Administration
- Manage corporate services budgets and operating expenses.
- Monitor spending and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Coordinate vendor selection, contract administration, renewals, and performance reviews.
- Manage purchasing, invoices, workplace inventory, and vendor-related activities in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain strong working relationships with facilities, workplace, and administrative service providers.
Safety, Workplace Readiness & Business Support
- Support workplace safety procedures, emergency preparedness activities, and office readiness efforts.
- Coordinate workplace inspections, drills, and facilities-related corrective actions.
- Escalate workplace concerns, service issues, vendor challenges, and facilities risks to leadership.
- Maintain compliance with workplace procedures, building requirements, and company standards.
Team Leadership & Service Delivery
- Manage, coach, and develop Corporate Services team members.
- Establish goals, priorities, and service expectations for the team.
- Manage incoming requests, workplace projects, and departmental priorities.
- Track service levels, workplace trends, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, responsiveness, and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in facilities, workplace operations, corporate services, administration, hospitality, office management, or related operational functions.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience managing administrative support teams, workplace operations, external service providers, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and managing confidential, time-sensitive, and high-priority matters.
- Experience overseeing corporate events, executive transportation, or shared administrative services preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting hybrid or multi-location organizations preferred.
- Experience within SaaS, fintech, healthcare technology, payments, or private equity-backed organizations preferred.
- Ability to travel periodically to support company locations and workplace initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $98,000 – $115,000 total compensation (commensurate with experience)
