In essence
You'll create the communication that brings Mentimeter's brand and value proposition to life — across creative campaigns and always-on content. You'll turn strategy and briefs into work that's interesting, distinctive and consistent, and you'll build the messaging systems that let it scale. You'll be curious and hands-on, exploring how AI is reshaping your craft and using it to make our work both faster and better.

Profile
- 5+ years copywriting
- Experience in SaaS or product marketing, ideally alongside agency or brand-side work
- Located in Stockholm
What you'll be responsible for
- Co-developing campaign concepts and creative ideas with marketers in sales, product and brand
- Writing persuasive copy across formats and channels: headlines, short-form digital, social, long-form, scripts, web and sales material
- Adapting and re-purposing messaging across audiences, funnels and touch points, with the right style and format for each
- Applying and maintaining Mentimeter's tone of voice and brand guidelines, and fostering consistency across projects
- Building reusable messaging structures and efficient, scalable copy workflows — including with AI tools
- Analyzing briefs and communication challenges to clarify direction, anticipate problems and remove obstacles
- Presenting ideas clearly enough to build consensus, and internalizing feedback to make the work better
- Contributing to how our tone of voice develops over time as audiences and channels change

- High-quality, on-brand communication delivered consistently across campaigns and content initiatives
- Clear and consistent application of tone of voice and messaging frameworks
- Creative concepts that hold together against both the brief and the business objective
- Measurable contribution to campaign and content performance through effective messaging

- Pack feeling and value into website copy
- Build a piece of hero content for a campaign to orbit around
Requirements
- Proven experience developing digital and brand work for a product or SaaS business
- Strong skills in concept development and brand tone of voice
- Experience adapting messaging across B2B audiences and funnel stages
- Demonstrated ability to explain, judge and organize ideas
- A portfolio showing copywriting for both brand and performance marketing
- A working practice that already includes AI tools
- A passion for the work
