Must have a driver’s license, good communication and organization skills, and preferably a degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize all media tape storage
Create and update inventory spreadsheets
Review, evaluate and catalog old footage
Help prepare large scale transfers of media
Coordinate inventory queries and transfer requests from our Media Research team.
Locate tapes for producers on an as-needed basis
Create unique Filename Id's and update metadata as needed
Keep current with WWE programming, products, and services
Requirements:
2+ years work experience in library environment
WWE product knowledge required
Strong Google Doc and MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Self-starter, able to work on their own for long periods of time
Detail-oriented
Able to learn systems quickly
Team player who is willing to pitch in wherever help is needed
Valid Driver's license and vehicle that can be used for business as needed
Able to move and stack boxes of tapes which may be heavy at times.
Bachelor degree preferred (Communications, Library Science, or related degree a plus)
