Job Description:

The Brand & Content Manager supports the global execution of Pluxee’s brand and content strategies across multiple touchpoints and audiences. Reporting to the Brand & Content Director, this role ensures that all communications and assets adhere to brand guidelines and editorial standards while resonating with clients, consumers, merchants, and employees. The Brand & Content Manager acts as a key interface between brand strategy and creative delivery—developing content, managing projects, and coordinating with global and local stakeholders to activate the brand consistently and effectively.

 

Role Objective:

Lead the development and positioning of the brand, strengthening market presence, increasing brand awareness, and building greater relevance among target audiences through Go-To-Market strategies, communications, content, and digital growth initiatives.

The role will manage a team of 4 people and will be responsible for leading brand, community, and communication initiatives, coordinating internal teams and external agencies to drive brand growth and strengthen its presence across digital channels. The role will report directly to the CMO – Marketing Director in Colombia.

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to strengthen the positioning of products and services.
• Build and execute the brand and communications strategy.
• Drive brand awareness and achieve stronger top-of-mind positioning among target segments.
• Develop strategies to increase presence and growth across social media channels and digital communities.
• Lead online and offline advertising campaigns focused on awareness, consideration, and engagement.
• Define content guidelines, storytelling, and brand tone of voice.
• Manage relationships and coordination with content, design, creative, events, PR, BTL, and ATL agencies.
• Design growth strategies for digital communities and owned channels.
• Analyze brand, campaign, and digital channel metrics to optimize performance and results.
• Implement AI-powered tools applied to content creation, segmentation, personalization, and analytics.
• Manage and develop the team, promoting effective execution and results-driven performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  
   

👤 Required Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing focused on brand, communications, or growth marketing.
• Experience leading teams for at least 1-2 years.
• Proven experience in:
  • Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Brand building and positioning.
  • Development of awareness and consideration campaigns.
  • Digital community and social media growth.
  • Management of creative, content, events, BTL, and ATL agencies (mandatory).
• Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and measurement platforms.
• Experience in industries such as financial services, e-commerce, or consumer goods (desirable).
• Practical knowledge and use of AI tools applied to marketing (mandatory).
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Availability for a hybrid work model, 2 to 3 days per week in Bogotá.
