Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £36,885.33/year, plus Veolia benefits

What you’ll be doing;
● Ensure agreed operational targets are achieved in respect of Risk & Assurance performance, all accidents, incidents and close calls are reported on our internal system (AVA)
● Deal and manage the enquiries and complaints for the service.
● Plan and deliver day to day operations (staffing levels, resources, closing out events)
● Carrying out site inspections and monitoring for permit compliance
● Ensure completed work meets quality standards
● Facilitate visitor and contractor safety, incl permits to work
● Stop the Job and report any safety issues
● Lead by example and support the wider management team to show, promote and acknowledge positive behaviours and develop a proactive safety culture
● Monitoring team & site to ensure safe operations
● Ensure team are trained and monitored to ensure correct standard of working

● Keep the team engaged by feeding back on close calls and expect respect reports to develop a proactive safety culture
● People management (Where required)
● Undertake personal development to enhance knowledge and skill
