My name is Patrik Lännerberg, and I lead Region East at Telia Cygate, with responsibility for our consulting and sales teams in the Greater Stockholm area. We are experiencing strong momentum in our Hybrid Cloud, Sovereign Cloud, and AI business and are therefore now looking for a Consulting Manager with a focus on our core area: Hybrid Cloud.
What you’ll do
As a Consulting Manager in Hybrid Cloud, you will be part of the region’s leadership team and work closely with the Regional Manager, Sales Manager, and other Consulting Managers to further develop your business area, unlock opportunities, and increase the capacity of our regional consulting teams.
As a Consulting Manager, you are responsible for market awareness within Hybrid and Sovereign Cloud, networking, sales, and driving our business forward while creating value for your area and your consultants. You support and drive sales dialogues, upcoming tenders, and business discussions, and collaborate both regionally and nationally on various key initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to recruit and build a highly skilled and engaged consulting team. We place great emphasis on personal development, and you will work with individual development plans for consultants as well as ensure competence development activities and training.
Examples of areas of responsibility:
- Strategic competence supply.
- Employee development.
- Responsible for forecasting, sales, and budget for the business area.
- Actively drive and support sales in upcoming as well as ongoing business dialogues and procurements.
- Responsible for the development of services and solutions regionally in collaboration with sales, consultants, customers, and partners.

A leader who has experience building high-performing teams, with a focus on sales, coaching, training, and inspiring activities. As a person, you are confident, business-oriented, and passionate about people and Hybrid Cloud solutions. In the management team, you see the bigger picture and are prepared to contribute to our overall development.
Your experience:
- Experience building and being responsible for areas within Hybrid Cloud solutions.
- You are an experienced leader with very strong references.
- You have experience leading teams and services within Hybrid Cloud solutions with a focus on coaching, training, and inspiring activities.
- You are used to working close to the business with service development, budgeting, and procurements.
- You have the ability to translate strategy into tactical initiatives for your business area.
- Previous experience working with B2B sales in an IT company is considered highly meritorious.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
- Previous experience building, scaling, or leading a similar consulting or Hybrid Cloud organization is considered highly meritorious.
