About the role:

The Concierge Supervisor leads and supports the Concierge team in delivering exceptional, personalised service experiences for all guests. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Concierge Desk, ensuring guests receive expert local recommendations, seamless travel arrangements, and outstanding service throughout their stay. The Concierge Supervisor serves as a knowledgeable ambassador for both the hotel and the destination, while inspiring the team to consistently exceed guest expectations and uphold Four Seasons service standards. This role is part of the Rooms Division Department, reporting to the Chief Concierge.

What you will do:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Concierge Desk, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
• Lead, coach, and support the Concierge team to provide personalised recommendations and memorable guest experiences.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, local attractions, entertainment bookings, and special requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, venues, and service providers to enhance guest offerings.
• Resolve guest enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Guest Experience, Guest Services, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Monitor service standards and identify opportunities to continually improve the guest experience.
• Support training and development initiatives, ensuring team members are knowledgeable about hotel services and local experiences.
   

What you will bring:

• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Previous experience in a Concierge, Guest Services, or luxury hospitality role, with supervisory experience highly regarded.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging presence.
• Extensive knowledge of local attractions, dining venues, entertainment options, and cultural experiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to handle guest requests and challenges effectively.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and guest-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
