Applying a strong commercial lens, this business partner will provide insight and make recommendations critical to outcomes, influencing business decisions from bid stage and throughout the project life cycle. As a trusted partner combining strategic macro-thinking with analytical insight, effective partnering will empower leaders to leverage opportunities and mitigate risk, for winning business and project success.

You have built your career on a strong accounting foundation and grown into a commercially focused finance leader who turns financial insights into better business decisions and measurable results. You understand the drivers of financial and operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and use your credibility and influence to build strong partnerships across the business. With experience delivering strategic and commercial initiatives, you can engage confidently with senior leaders and communicate complex financial information in a clear, actionable way.

You bring a broad perspective on market, economic, social and environmental trends and proactively identify opportunities to create value. Curious and forward-thinking, you challenge conventional thinking, champion innovation, and help others embrace new ways of working. You collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams and are passionate about driving business performance and sustainable commercial success.
