The Opportunity: 

CACI is seeking an experienced Coalition Integration Specialist, Senior to support coalition and partner nation integration activities across the Indo-Pacific. The Coalition Integration Specialist, Senior serves as CACI's senior functional analysis professional responsible for coordinating, synchronizing, and integrating coalition, partner nation, and interagency efforts supporting logistics, mission support, facilities, training, contingency operations, and theater security cooperation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Mission Partner Lead, this position ensures coalition operations are effectively integrated with U.S. Government objectives while strengthening interoperability, information sharing, and multinational operational readiness. 

The Coalition Integration Specialist works closely with Government stakeholders, Combatant Commands, Service Components, Special Operations Forces, Joint Task Forces, coalition military representatives, foreign liaison officers, host nation agencies, interagency organizations, and mission partners to facilitate operational coordination, synchronize planning efforts, and resolve multinational integration challenges. This position contributes to successful program execution by enhancing coalition interoperability, strengthening strategic partnerships, and improving mission effectiveness throughout the Indo-Pacific theater. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate coalition and partner nation integration activities supporting logistics, mission support, training, and operational planning. 

  • Facilitate collaboration among U.S. military organizations, coalition forces, host nation agencies, and interagency partners to achieve mission objectives. 

  • Develop coalition integration plans, operational coordination procedures, and multinational engagement strategies. 

  • Support multinational planning conferences, operational synchronization meetings, working groups, and theater security cooperation events. 

  • Coordinate information sharing and operational collaboration while ensuring compliance with security classification guidance and foreign disclosure policies. 

  • Assess coalition capabilities, interoperability requirements, and partner nation support capabilities to improve mission planning. 

  • Develop operational assessments, decision support products, executive briefings, and multinational coordination reports for Government leadership. 

  • Coordinate coalition logistics support, sustainment planning, infrastructure utilization, and mission partner integration activities. 

  • Identify operational risks, interoperability gaps, and coordination challenges while recommending mitigation strategies. 

  • Support multinational exercises, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, foreign military engagement, and contingency operations. 

  • Develop and maintain coalition operating procedures, integration documentation, and lessons learned supporting continuous improvement. 

  • Coordinate with logistics planners, intelligence personnel, operations staffs, communications specialists, and engineering teams to support integrated mission execution. 

  • Support foreign liaison officers and coalition representatives during operational planning and execution activities. 

  • Mentor junior personnel on coalition coordination processes, multinational planning, and partner engagement best practices. 

  • Promote interoperability, regional partnerships, and continuous process improvement to strengthen multinational mission effectiveness. 

 

Qualifications: 

Required:  

  • Minimum 8 years of experience supporting coalition operations, multinational planning, functional analysis, operational planning, security cooperation, or mission partner integration for Government or Department of Defense programs. 

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations. 

  • Experience coordinating activities with coalition forces, partner nations, foreign military organizations, or interagency stakeholders. 

  • Experience supporting theater security cooperation, multinational exercises, contingency operations, or humanitarian assistance missions. 

  • Experience developing operational plans, coordination products, executive briefings, and analytical reports supporting multinational operations. 

  • Working knowledge of Joint planning processes, coalition interoperability, foreign disclosure principles, and multinational operational coordination. 

  • Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government leadership and coalition representatives on operational integration, mission partner coordination, and strategic recommendations. 

Desired 

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Political Science, Regional Studies, Military Science, Logistics, Business Administration, National Security Studies, or a related field. 

  • Master's Degree in International Relations, National Security Studies, Strategic Studies, Public Administration, or a related discipline is highly desirable. 

  • Experience supporting USSOCOM, SOCPAC, Geographic Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), or Security Cooperation organizations. 

  • Experience supporting Indo-Pacific operations, multinational logistics, coalition sustainment, partner nation capacity building, or foreign military engagement initiatives. 

  • Experience utilizing GCCS-J, JOPES, SharePoint, Power BI, ArcGIS, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and operational planning systems. 

  • Knowledge of Joint doctrine, security cooperation authorities, multinational interoperability standards, foreign disclosure policies, and theater campaign planning. 

  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) professional education, Joint Professional Military Education (JPME), or equivalent operational planning and multinational coordination certifications are preferred. 

  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed Government programs involving OCONUS operations, coalition logistics, Special Operations Forces, and Indo-Pacific partner nation integration is highly desirable.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,800 - $150,800
