Opportunity

AIMCo’s Renewable Resources group is seeking a thoughtful and ambitious student to join the team in May 2027 for an eight-month term.

The Renewable Resources program comprises a global portfolio of land-centric, high-quality timberland and agricultural assets that are characterized by their low correlation to traditional asset classes, inflation-hedging qualities, and a strong match with client time horizons. Renewable resources assets serve to provide capital preservation, current yield, and real asset appreciation. The Renewable Resources program is concentrated in developed market countries with an opportunistic view on emerging market exposure. Flexibility is ingrained into the Renewable Resources mandate, which allows the team to maximize long-term value by optimizing portfolio assets between timberland, agriculture, and strategic investments along the value chain.
